Degree in Economics and Business Law from the Luigi Bocconi Commercial University in 2004.

Enrolled in the Order of Chartered Accountants of Milan since 2009 and in the Register of Auditors since 2009.

She holds the role of Statutory Auditor and Director in important national and multinational companies.

She has gained significant experience in tax matters in the field of national, intra-community and extra-community VAT issues as well as in the activities of financial and fiscal due diligence, financial and corporate restructuring, corporate valuations.

She also carries out consultancy activities in the tax and corporate fields of regulated subjects.
